S197 Headlights help identify

Anyone know what these headlight units are? Before you say Raxiom Retro Style, I don't think they are...

I think they're from Classic Design Concepts, but I also think they're discontinued.

Actually, looking at those Raxioms, do you reckon that 'vent' slot could be used as a duct for brake cooling? Or is it a bit tight even if the back could be opened up. I'm assuming it's a fake, blocked off thingy.

Anyone got a set of these?
