Hey Guys,

New to this forum as only picked up my GT last week. Was just wondering if I could get some advise, or if anyone is running the exhaust below. Not sure what one to go for yet and have narrowed it down just from YouTube.

Borla s type
Ford Racing by Borla
Magnaflow Competition

The only thing YouTube doesn’t give me is an idea of how loud they are and haven’t had chance to attend any meets yet. As my car is a daily driver I can’t have something that will destroy my neighbours but still want something louder.

Cheers for your help in advance :D

borla and ford racing are essentially the same and i would go for these and go for borla centre section and axle backs

that way no cutting, much lightness

I can vouch that sounds good.

Have you considered cut outs? Kind on neighbours then loud as f@ck when you want it.... Like a ladyboy - best of both worlds!

I suppose it depends how much noise you want and how much you are happy to spend?

You can start with just an axle back, then resonator delete and finally replacement headers, or go full in straight away.

I went with Roush Axle back and it's perfect for me. I do want to get rid of the resonator and change the headers in the future, but they can wait for now. I was thinking of going for the magnaflow resonated x-pipe and a custom set of headers later to keep the sound to a reasonable level.

Did you ever decide on which one you liked?
