Service issues

I had my first year service at the main dealers on Monday
Had a few issues which I won’t bore you with but one of the problems is I seem to be getting 3 mpg less on the trip computer
Have they done something wrong or is it now in us gallons or something?
Also the puddle lights have gone weird and my phone contacts won’t load
Any ideas chaps?

These things happened since the service? Take it back. Some muppet in the workshop’s responsible. The dealer can sort it out.

Ha ha
You can’t just take it back
I would have to book it in for a two hour appointment in two weeks time
Then they send it off to ford who can take two weeks to approve it
Then order the part and another two hour appointment to fit it
Load of bollocks
Oh and then they will probably wash it with a brush like they did last time after repeatedly being told not to and get another bill for paint correction

Puddle lights are a standard fault. They need swapping out for an updated part - under warranty. 5 min job.
