Re: What have you done with your Mustang today?
booked in to wrap the roof of my Mustang to fit in with all the other gloss black stuff I've done.
Initially wanted an Avery Dennison Gloss Black wrap used, however went and saw a load of options (Charcoal blacks, different depths of black etc....) Ended up picking a more recently released Helix Deep Glass Gloss Black. Wrapped recommended Helix as a product over Avery due to ease of application, said they lasted the same amount of time as avery, and didn't have issues that avery do of "lip flicks".
Going in tomorrow. £120. Sorted. Will have the car all ready for modurstang.
Also last night fixed my belly pan that decided to pop out, so refitted that back in and did other bits of general maintenance.
Belly pan lost all 3 push pins so have had to order more of these (Set of 350 from ebay for £13.88 lol!). And a few bolts but I've got plenty of them. Currently being held together with zip ties where the push pins were until they arrive on Friday.
Edit: Also, there is some plastic lip that looks totally useless that's fall down covering my intercooler, held on with 4 push pins... looked useless and cheap, removed it entirely. NOW BREATHEEEEEE MY PRETTTY.... (He says jokingly because the stock intercooler is fking sh1t)
What else... hmmm.. Not my mustang but in early august i'll be taking delivery of a friends mustang and doing numerous upgrades to it for him. Saves me spending money modding mine

Black roof done by Sam at Wrapstarz pro. Can't fault the work - or how the car looks now. Totally in love with it.
Took about an hour to wrap it all, cost £120 & Wrap is helix deep mirror black.
Who cares about all that... Here's the pictures :love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love:
P.s car also looks lower now for some reason?

Re: What have you done with your Mustang today?
Past few days:
Bought air raid tube. Painted it gloss black. And also got GT upper and lower grilles for a friend and removed the intake side honeycomb before doing a week of mods on his car
Air raid tube installed, was warned by other owners it was a bitch to do. To be honest, hardest bit was getting the turbo clamp on that required an extra pair of hands to hold it steady courtesy of the mother who puled the short straw having the tiniest hands in the house.
No comments on performance yet, haven't driven the car. Did a few standing cycles to warm and some revs etc to make sure it was throwing no codes and clamps were on tight enough. They are. all is well in the world. It does make the turbo sound significantly louder.
Comparrison between stock really shows just how much extra air this things bringing in.
And yes ecoboost owners, if you buy a CAI, you've wasted money (There's even dyno proof on it lol)

Stock vs Air raid (Note air raid hasn't got the mounting silicone so looks shorter - it isn't. It's just fatter.

Just make sure the battery is fully unplugged and no chance!
