I noticed that on their mustang header, this price quoted is advertised as a special offer. Their 2018 ecoboost is actually the same as the Perry's price. Coincidence? or just following suit to get some early deposits. With your winky reply I suspect you know something and not telling! lol!

I do but I'm sworn to secrecy. I've had two dealers tell me two different numbers both of whom I trust, so idk what to think, but, both aren't the price on the weblink ;)!

Mmm... Trusting car dealers!

I forgot to mention that I'm a prince from Nigeria. Unfortunately I have no heirs to leave my vast fortune to. If you deposit £41095 into my bank account, I will put you in my will.

Sorry, couldn't help it.

When I say dealer, in this case I'm talking general managers of franchises. Not my dealer. One is more the price I expected, another is more the price everyone else is expecting (Ones a few K more, the others a lot more).

In short, expect not as big a price hike, but expect a hike on the optional extra's such as mag/auto/custom packs etc.

More interesting than the actual price would be the reason for delay. Ford is somewhat obsessed with Brexit, conveniently blaming a Ford Europe loss on it. They could be waiting to see where the pound goes in December having probably caught a cold on the initial S550 run.

Lookers Ford now advertising new Mustang GT at £39095

http://www.lookers.co.uk/ford/new-car-v ... v8-gt-2dr/

They are no longer listing the 2017 model

Intersting that they have the combined mpg at 17mpg but they have put urban mpg at 22.7 and exta urban at 32.1mpg. Looking at that, I'm convinced that the 17mpg is an error seeing as officially the 2017 model is quoted at 20.9 combined with urban at 14.1mpg and extra urban at 29.4.

I am more interested in these specs being confirmed more than the price as it will make a bigger difference in overall costs.

Looking at those figures again, I recon they have the combined and urban figure the wrong way round. Urban mpg at 22.7 is definately not right but as a combined figure of 22.7 sounds great to me.

Thanks for that and I hope that price is right. The specs a bit muddled up, it says bi xenon headlamps then say led headlights !

Come on Ben, man, you know why they aint released prices.

Ford bought in 315(I think actual Is 317) Mustangs, a fair chunk of these were shadow packs.
Ford >BOUGHT< these. Not customer cars, not built to order, not cancelled orders, ford. bought. them.

if My18 pricing comes out & Ford have old model on forecourts? What then happens to the old models that Ford have an active investment on? :axe

where's Sherlock to solve this one!

Spoke to main dealer today and they said the launch and prices is imminent. Literally any day now were his words.

The dealer was asked to order their new stock yesterday but without prices etc so they were complaining about being in the dark too on this.

Does seem very poor that all the other countries are ahead of the game with prices available and orders placed.

Ford uk bought 315+ My15-17 motors, they arrived in august. Pricing was scheduled to release in september.

See the disconnect ;)?

Well a little extra news I saw the other day confirming the price:

https://www.topgear.com/car-reviews/for ... st-drive-0

Getting really frustrated how long it’s taking them to bring out the Mustang over here.

Can’t believe they have said the Ecoboost is more fun to drive lol. Here is me wanting to go the GT from the Ecoboost lol

Well I can now confirm the prices as I've had two finance systems match up.

£41095 OTR. £2k for A10. expected 1500 for recaro's and 2k for Mag ride as well.

That's a V8. EB still to be confirmed.

Some other points:

EB renamed to 'Mustang'
5.0 renamed to 'GT'

heated wheel as standard in all. performance pack standard in all. US spec spoiler not available until feb time.
