Hi
Just looking to introduce myself, my names Ross and I am based in Fife and looking to try source a 68 Mustang GT project.
Any advice or leads anyone can give would be great and what sort of price they should be too would be great.
Like any classics the prices seem to be jumping up and up at dealers.
I have my everyday car already and also have a kitcar and a Lotus Esprit S1.
Now looking for a Mustang.
Thanks
Ross

Welcome aboard.

How much of a 'project' is the question?

Whatever the plans, your local go to guy would be Mike at AmericanMuscle.co.uk up in Scotland.

Further afield and down South, you could do worse than speaking to Pete at classicamericancarsales.co.uk

Tell 'em I sent you.

Nick

I am happy enough for a basket case project, like anything if the price is right, I can always re shell if required but I would prefer something that needed panels replaced but does not look like a muddy ashtray inside.
I had thought about buying a restored car but would prefer to prep it for UK use from day one.
I would plan to use it a fair bit as have a child too so it would get more use than my Esprit or Kit car which both only have two seats.
