Has anyone found a UK source for bonnets yet. So far a bare metal respray is looking the cheapest option but they cant be sure it won't come back.

I'd love to fit new but Rock Auto quoted over £3k shipped to the UK for a 2011

Rock auto will be shipping via air freight which means you are paying for an entire pallet on an aircraft for the cost of one hood. Buy it from somebody else and get them to send it to Ron Fenton of STS imports. It will take longer as it comes by ship but it will be a hell of a lot cheaper.

I have had a Cervini C-Type fibreglass hood for 7 years and 70,000 miles now with no additional hold downs and no problems with it attempting to take off or spidering paint. That said it weighs twice as much as the stock hood

The photos aren't showing - can you repost?

The stock replacement hood uses the existing hardware to secure it (no bonnet pins required)
The cost from us is £880 inc VAT (collected from Colchester)

We have an order in with them right now for some S550 parts - we could easily add this on to that order if they have stock in the US.

Hope this helps.
