Re: It's July

You need about 2 x 2m for each simulator and a good internet connection for multi car racing. 3 simulators/racers works well having the 3 in a Y shape would be very good and save some space, and stop power cables from being an issue etc.. We can pack a load of mattress and fencing around one simulat...

Re: It's July

As long as there’s beer I’m in.

It’s really immersive with VR but not so good for a group event imo

Re: It's July

yes and no. lending them out is fine, but two issues 1. I'm looking to sell some of them quickly 2. Looking after them on the day is a right royal pain in the arse. Over the weekend I spent loads of time pampering to people who seem to have no common sense what so ever. example, "if using the O...

Re: It's July

Just to be clear, I was not actually at Watkins Glen. We have been building 7 x racing simulators for a client that were used at a major motorsport event this weekend in their private vip area. (I know your all going to know which event, but its a paying client and they don't need to know everything...

Re: It's July

I’ve been trying to post a picture of the racing simulator I’ve been building this week but it’s just not happening (bit of a numpty with this stuff) I spent today driving Watkins Glen (short circuit) in a Stang but didn’t enjoy it cause it’s work

Re: '18MY Saleen

I don't, and have NEVER, liked what Saleen do to anything. They consistently, MY after MY, find a way, via use of ugly plastic, to not improve the looks of any Mustang ever. And their wheel designer needs his ass kicked. Get in the sea. What he said, except the Get in the sea part (maybe concussion...

Re: Mustang Only Track Day DATE CHANGE 16/07/18

Actually it’s perfectly possible that he could lap other cars, all it takes is for a real Stang to have the keys left in in the pits

c. You are slow and dont want to get beaten by an ecoboost

Slow, they would need to dead.

What Badhand didn’t say was learn the meaning of flag colours, it’s important to not misunderstand warnings.

Manders look out for BLUE, it means your mirrors are not working ;-)

Re: Cat back

Well plans have changed a little, meant to pick up my Caterham 7 from mot On Saturday and it failed on 2 tyres having cracks on the inner side walls so took the Stang (2017) to Donington but had no club pass Then today went to my local wyvale garden centre in the Stang to buy some plants for the gre...

Re: Cat back

I was at the Donington Classic today and got a number of guys to fire their engines up (have to say it surprises me that people will fire up a cold engine and give it the beans so others can hear it, rather than run the motorr to let it warm up first) and I think I like the Bora sport with chrome ti...

Cat back

So my 2017 car needs some tweaking, no point in spending £1,000’s as it’s not my main focus so my list is 1” lowered suspension Cold air intake Gas bonnet struts Cat back “loud” exhaust (mot safe) My main focus has to be the exhaust note, it’s just not right, Ford do a cat back exhausts but I’m told...
