Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

Ahhhh got you. Heated windscreen in my vocabulary. lol. When I go downstairs I am going to see if my MY17 Mustang has it. I know it has a switch but might be just the blowers to the windscreen. My Evoque has it. You're wanting heated window washers? Do you live in Lapland with Santa? Heated st...

Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

Hi, Solo I expect once EVs have their hold and fuel usage decreases, the Government will need to find revenue from somewhere else. I'll put money on it that EVs won't be as appealing in the future as they are now. Currently, there is 20% tax on fuels and (I think) 5% on electricity, you can guarante...

Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

Hi. I'm new here, first post. I'm on the 2018 list at my local dealer and on Friday they asked me to visit and spec my order. They've since told me they're having difficulty entering my order into the system and I'm awaiting written confirmation of spec and price, before I give them the green light...

Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

No. There's no debate. They've lost the ethos, missed the point and jumped the bloody shark. Fifty grand for a Pony car? Feck off. They'll probably get Victoria Beckham to design the interior of the MY2020... With that in mind, it is comforting to know with its higher price and less appealing Musta...

Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

I think a lot of debate can be had as to what is considered DNA to the original Mustangs. The evolution of Mustangs have changed somewhat. It has to to keep up with todays demands and expectations. The fantastic extras they are offering on the 2018 model is inline with a competing market to make it ...

This is the best Christmas present I could hope for! Thank you :D

I am guessing Fords websites where you can build your car are dragging their feet.

Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

Haha, fair enough on the above. I have no intention of modding the GT - when I get it. So I don't have to budget for any aftermarket goodies other than some furry pink dice as my dad keeps mentioning. I got the Cobb tune on the EB because the torque was quite flat in comparison on the stock. The add...

Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

Lol, should have guessed haha - sorry. £45095 isn’t to bad for all the upgrades. As for the Recaro seats at an additional £1500, if any one can give me a valid reason why you would want these other than for racing, I think they are a pure rip off and waste of money. Besides, I like my heated / coole...

Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

Well a little extra news I saw the other day confirming the price: https://www.topgear.com/car-reviews/ford/50-v8-gt-2dr/first-drive-0 Getting really frustrated how long it’s taking them to bring out the Mustang over here. Can’t believe they have said the Ecoboost is more fun to drive lol. Here is m...

Re: Tyres/Alloys

Himleiwolf, What do you mean summer tyres have to be stored correctly? Wouldn’t being stacked up in a garage be sufficient ? I have been thinking of getting winter tyres but to save on keep changing them from the alloys, I would get a fresh set of alloys and store the winters tyres in the garage on ...

Re: MY 2018 OTR prices

I to am getting frustrated and check 2-3 times a day on here, the ford website and general google but still no luck.

I am not even considering the MY18 but more the MY19. At the current rate those two years won’t be far apart.

I’ll continue to look back
