Re: Exhaust daily driver

Is this price with Nemesis in Bromsgrove in the Midlands ? I couldn't actually see the axle back on their website shop but did see the cat version. Agreed on tips. Yes, Guy at Nemesis is currently taking orders for the Borla axle back so they are getting stock soon (June). And in fact the more orde...

Sorry, I should have been more precise - I mean the 2015-2016 Mustang GT Borla S-Type Axle-Back Exhaust (my preference is for one with Polished Tips). The price of £640 is discounted 10% for Mustang6G members (easy to join)

Re: Exhaust daily driver

The other one I was considering where the Steeda axle back which is priced similar . Steeda is good too. I'd favour Borla over that for warranty issues: they're obviously close to Ford (like Roush) and so IMO would raise less issues re. modifications. Also, Bill over at CJPony Parts clearly favours...

Re: Exhaust daily driver

I'd go with Borla Sport Axle-back - deep, no rasp and no drone. Loud enough but not obnoxious. And can be got in UK for £640 from Nemesis

Re: Fitted Front Sensors?

I see you've not had a massive response on M6G to this query, either. Seems the Brits haven't been too keen on going for an "after market" solution and, to be honest, I don't blame them as they seldom seem to be as good as factory fitted jobbies. Despite the car being excellent value alre...

Fitted Front Sensors?

If anyone has already had Ford's own-brand front parking sensors fitted, I'd really appreciate seeing some pics - especially of the interior switch (and also hearing how it's been working out for owners). Is it a good idea?

Roads and Tracks

So, this forum, and others, are great information resources - telling us what we need to know to order our cars, get them on time (hopefully), and drive them well. They are also great social hubs for organising meets as well as for simply anticipating the joys of ownership (I suspect the majority he...

Size doesn't matter, so much.

So Clarkson says the Mustang is 'ginormous' for the UK. http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/ingear/clarkson/article1678926.ece?shareToken=887142dab6db26c3b905060a2b584e22 Can't we nail this one shut once and for all? The Mustang is large, for a GT/sports car, but not unique and certainly not ill-fit...

Back On Guard

Yesterday I had very confident (and convincing) confirmation from Ford that all orders taken as MY16 cars will get the colours they ordered (including Guard - the best one ). All outstanding MY16 cars will be built between now and end of May: though the computer may currently say that they are all b...

Re: The Ford Mustang Is No Longer A Muscle Car

While the website above is a UK one - the author is based in the US and talks of the Mustang as (no longer) a Muscle car. And this other website is a US one - http://jalopnik.com/the-2015-ford-mustang-is-the-most-advanced-muscle-car-e-1476612775 - and also tackles the widespread (not only UK) concep...

The Ford Mustang Is No Longer A Muscle Car

If you google the idea that the Mustang is not a true muscle car you get quite a few interesting hits, like this one: http://uk.businessinsider.com/ford-mustang-gt-2015-2015-1?r=US&IR=T And it’s not alone. The suspicion for many is that the Mustang is an interloper amongst the true Muscle cars –...

@Jomoailearca Yes, yes, classy was the look I was going for on my Muscle car.... (Different strokes for different folks, i'll love a mustang regardless) @Manders Mustang -I sense a little sarcasm here :D For here's the thing: classy and Muscle car may not go together, but might that not be b...

I think the phrase you're looking for is 'classy' - young man. :ugeek:
