I think everybody else has had this. The reset is in the menus and easy to do. Mine has gone off again 2.5k miles/6 months after a change and reset so it's not just the time element.
When you test drive the auto spend some time with 'S' selected on the box and 'Sport+' selected on the modes (unless it's raining!). this will give you a feel of how responsive the box can be (and experience the automatic throttle blips on down change). Stay in the same mode and then use the paddle ...

Then you don't have the Shaker Pro sound system with navigation. Custom pack has this plus parking sensors plus climate (hot and cold) seats. If you don't have all three you don't have a Custom pack and the seller misrepresented it. Small claims court or a refund.
If its a UK model & has the Shaker sound its sat nav enabled as they were an option together. A nav SD card should get it working. Get one of ebay , not £250 from Ford. They are upto version 6. A bit late now but the seller should have sorted it for you if it was sold as custom pack. Apparently...
