Re: Spotted in Newbury!

Must be a visitor or he would have had to re-register.

As an aside, TT, have you had your airbag done? If so, who did it, and was it OK?

Re: New non Mustang owning (yet) member

Don't forget, for it to be a race, both drivers have to be racing. ;)

Re: Change Oil Soon Warning!

I think everybody else has had this. The reset is in the menus and easy to do. Mine has gone off again 2.5k miles/6 months after a change and reset so it's not just the time element.

Re: Hello from Worcestershire

When you test drive the auto spend some time with 'S' selected on the box and 'Sport+' selected on the modes (unless it's raining!). this will give you a feel of how responsive the box can be (and experience the automatic throttle blips on down change). Stay in the same mode and then use the paddle ...

Looks like Ford have 'improved' the Etis site, and now it doesn't work  . Mine used to work, but the site looked different then. Keep trying, hopefully they'll fix it.

Re: Sat Nav

Then you don't have the Shaker Pro sound system with navigation. Custom pack has this plus parking sensors plus climate (hot and cold) seats. If you don't have all three you don't have a Custom pack and the seller misrepresented it. Small claims court or a refund.

Re: Sat Nav

If its a UK model & has the Shaker sound its sat nav enabled as they were an option together. A nav SD card should get it working. Get one of ebay , not £250 from Ford. They are upto version 6. A bit late now but the seller should have sorted it for you if it was sold as custom pack. Apparently...

TimG wrote:As has been said follow the handbook recommendations. Any new tyres need break in, for the first 50 miles its best to keep below 50mph. I belive there is a compound in new tyres which inhibits age deterioration but its only released with use. Maybe best to run your spare for 50 miles.

No spare :?
