Re: What have you done with your Mustang today?

Put some new brake disks and pads on the rear yesterday and washed it. Still sat 3 months later with no sale

Re: Auto transmition..

Nicely explained Matt. Gonna miss you if you ever sell the Moxmobile. Can't believe it's still for sale. Both TT and I have touted it on a couple of forums on your behalf... It will go eventually, I'm getting immensely frustrated with it not selling. Thanks, I just hope it gets a bite. I'll still p...

Re: Auto transmition..

I have a 2005 auto and the fluid has to be changed every 30 000 miles (it's in the user manual) , and also the filter inside the pan . The only thing is that you fill it by the drain plug and the level is checked engine on . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SKnuSPn6QQ Be wary, the service manual fo...

Re: Auto transmition..

They are sealed for life, I enquired at a dealership in the US and the response was 150,000 mile overhaul intervals!

Re: What have you done with your Mustang today?

It's not meant to be Moxy. Keep it! :rock Driving a Mustang just can't compete with flying and certainly not with aerobatics. I just don't enjoy driving as much as I used to, when I first started driving I started going to work early so I could avoid the traffic and have a bit of fun. Now if I actu...

Re: What have you done with your Mustang today?

Drove it to work and back like I do every work day. Tis a car, its for using.

Still hoping it will sell (5 weeks on the market) before Christmas so I can move on but I fear that is unlikely.

Re: Mustang moaners club

Matt, Have a look at the late model Auris hybrid. I've got a 2014 estate, much bigger boot than the CT, which has got the same mechanicals but is cheaper than the Lexus. Waaaay above my budget for one that new as I am unwilling to take any sort of loan, finance or PcP deal. But for ones in a simila...

Re: Mustang moaners club

Matt no no just fall back in love with your mustang mate I'm sure you can get a parachute down the local car boot :o It isn't just the Mustang, it's driving as a whole, it's gone from something I enjoy to a chore and tbh I am getting sick of paying £15 in fuel to trundle to the airfield and back be...

Re: Mustang moaners club

 very much so, but tbh since getting my licence 14 years ago the traffic has gone up massively, back then 9/10 I could have fun with a car. Now I'm happy if I see 50mph on my drive to work, and that drive includes about 6 miles of NSL dual and single carriageway. The drive to the airfield isn't...

Re: Mustang moaners club

Yes yes. But what about this new mystery thing you'll be getting in the unlikely event of you unloading your Mustang during Yuletide? Ohh right. Given I already have the aeroplane (a plane smooths wood ;) ) I hope it isn't unlikely, I have made the disconnect with it now so the sooner it goes the b...
